Service Policy and Terms Baseline

This page sets out the engagement boundaries, acceptable-use expectations, delivery assumptions and liability position that apply to @I Design services during private beta.

It summarises how we work. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

  • Private beta service conditions apply.
  • Security and compliance obligations are mandatory.
  • Access may be suspended for a policy breach.

Service Scope

Program and Service Boundaries

Service scope is defined by the approved intake, documented constraints and the selected deployment pathway.

Feature availability, throughput and support levels may vary by program stage, technical fit and private beta capacity. Beta features may change or be withdrawn.

Acceptable Use

Usage and Conduct Requirements

The service must not be used for unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised activities.

  • No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt or probe the service without authorisation.
  • No unlawful or non-compliant deployment contexts.
  • No infringement of third-party rights or unauthorised disclosure of data.

IP and Output

Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Ownership and licence terms for inputs, outputs and platform components follow the written agreement, not implied assumptions.

  • Platform rights remain with @I Design and its licensors; the underlying system is the subject of NZ patent application 820555.
  • Customer project rights are defined in the engagement agreement.
  • Use of project data beyond the engagement, including for model improvement, requires written agreement.
  • No implied transfer of rights outside written terms.

Warranty and Liability

Output Review and Liability Boundaries

No statement on this site is an unconditional guarantee. Designs produced with @I Design, including DRC-clean designs, must be reviewed and approved by qualified engineers before fabrication or use, and final suitability, compliance and manufacturing decisions remain with the customer.

Nothing on this site limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
